Breakfast- 3 Eggs, 3 slices of bacon, guacamole, 1 small apple
Supper- Big ass salad and some grocery store chicken (almost half)
Supplements- The regulars (thinking about readding mct oil)
Exercise- Some swimming (but more importantly some hottubbage!)
So I'm still sore from my workout sunday. I think the combination of workout + cramming my legs in a car motionless for the 6 hour drive home is what did it. Hopefully I'll be in decent enough condition for dodgeball tonight.
