Sorry Siobhan! Might not be some food porn for a while. Gonna be a tight month :S

    Jan29th

Breakfast- 3 Eggs, 3 slices of bacon, guacamole, 1 small apple

    Lunch- IF

Supper- Big ass salad and some grocery store chicken (almost half)

Supplements- The regulars (thinking about readding mct oil)

Exercise- Some swimming (but more importantly some hottubbage!)

So I'm still sore from my workout sunday. I think the combination of workout + cramming my legs in a car motionless for the 6 hour drive home is what did it. Hopefully I'll be in decent enough condition for dodgeball tonight.

Even though I've stopped my whole30 I'm still waiting to weigh. I think I might just do it every first Sunday of the month. This Sunday would have been the last day of Whole30 so eh- close enough

Jan 30th (The way the last few days have been going you'd think I would have robbed a chicken coup... I think I'll skip chicken when I do my market groceries this week )

Breakfast- Leftover grocery store chicken, Salad, blueberries (guess what I had today too!)

Lunch- IF (Finding myself not hungry during the day... and even if I am I'm not scratching for something to eat)

Supper- Chicken wings made with salt, pepper, garlic, garamasala spice, crushed chilies and franks red hot

Supplements- 2000mg of fish oil, 6000ui of vitamine D

    Exercise- Dodgeball!

Glad to hear from you and that you are doing well! I know it is stupid but I worry when people don't post. People come and people go, but you've been around a long time and your story is amazing.

Ecks, I really could hug you right now. I'm glad I've read the book and started today. I really hope that I can get past the sugar thing for a while. At least long enough to build up my strength against it.

Glad you're liking the book! I personally love it as well. It's taught my a lot of why I do what I do.

Hey all! I may be quiet on here but I'm still eating paleo. Just been stressed and uuber bloody busy lately (I commit to wayy too much). Prayers would be appreciated as I'm submitting info for the first round of job interviews at my church. I've already been a "selected candidate" but the info that I submit will actually get me in or not for an interview.

Praying with you for the job at the church. Just let yourself shine through - you are a neat guy ... Sounds like you are doing so well! I wish you could package up a little gumption for me so I can get off my binge cart and back onto the good one!! It is so dry and warm in Colorado at the moment - I would love some snow ... maybe Saturday...
