It sure sounds as though you are doing well - and well done on the deadlift!! That is exciting - almost to your PR already! Shouldn't take you long at all to pass that by and leave it in the dust! You are making me think about getting some exercise going again. I have been doing more walking but we all know there is more to being in good shape than a couple strolls...
