Any advice for powering through the carb flu?

    Primal Fuel
I think I have the flu. In a big way.

I am cranky, tired, stressed, fuzzy headed, and depressed. I have a couple of unrelated personal issues that are exacerbating my stress, and it's only making me feel worse. I mean... I am so damn stressed/depressed that I can barely think straight. My kids have been on a steady diet of Dora the Freakin' Explorer for the past 3 days because I can barely function correctly.

I am coming off a majorly high carb diet, so I know this is a factor. I want to power through this, but I've got to deal with my "real life," too. Any suggestions?

Careful with the coconut oil though, start small and work your way up. Too much too soon will leave you sick as a dog.

Yep, deffo coconut oil (make truffles with ground almonds, dessicated coconut and cocoa powder!!) and lots and lots of rest. Don't worry too much about working out until you feel less crappy.
