    Advertising Ideas?

I'm trying to get a weight loss program started in my town, (based on a primal diet), and I'm just looking for ideas on how to advertise and draw people in. The program starts in two weeks, and so far nobody has signed up! So far I've left flyers at local grocery stores as well as the library, posted about it on FB and my town's listserv, and spoke about it at my local BNI meeting. It's advertised on my website, but unless someone was specifically searching for my website, they wouldn't find it. I considered taking an ad out in the local paper, but that's $200. Does anyone have other ideas? I"m sure there's something I haven't thought of yet. Thanks!!

Thanks for the tips and the book recommendation! I did post something on Facebook as mentioned, and have left some flyers-that did remind me that I should see if the wellness center in town would hang up a flyer. And I just thought of craigslist as well. Thanks again and keep the ideas coming!
