5 days down! Yesterday was "girls night" with my mother in law and a bunch of her friends and their daughters, there was brownies and cookies and lots of processed foods but I didn't eat it! I had shrimp, veggies, cheese and red wine.
B:4 pieces of bacon
L: left over salad with chicken,eggs,avacado,lettuce, onions
D:shrimp veggies cheese
S:chili(messed up a little here and had kidney beans)
P: just dance...was sweating after that
S: 9 hours
L: chicken thighs
D: Steak, mushrooms in butter, cauliflower
weight: 155.5...yesterday morning i was down to 154.5 boo 1 lb!
