Did chipotle today:
Got a fajita burrito bol with barbacoa (shredded grassfed beef), no rice and beans and toldthem to pile on the peppers & onions. Added guac, 2 salsas (not the corn one), lettuce and its pretty filling.

Wendy's baconator sans bread would be pretty solid.

Chipotle or Elevation Burger which has grassfed beef and they make burgers wrapped in lettuce instead of bread

My favorite is lb of brisket, 1/4 lb of sausage, bag of pickles from a local BBQ place.

In a pinch, Subway spinach salad with tuna and olive oil, and an unsweetened iced tea on the side.

I have been known to do the Carl's Jr. low carb burger (lettuce wrapped) when in a pinch. Also second the chipotle bowls.

Oftentimes, I can't prepare a decent lunch because of heavy work loads. So what I usually do is just order from the nearest fast food chain. So far, I am still in good shape and good health. I think the secret is in moderation, lots of exercise and lots of water.

If on the road:
Wendy's Baconator -- toss the bread away
Jack in the Box -- Chicken Fajita Pita x2 -- toss the pita
McDonald's breakfast -- Egg McMuffin x2 -- toss the bread
some sort of Mexican taqueria -- carnitas, chx or beef fajitas, many other options -- toss the tortillas
my non-CW nutritionist said not to eat any "beef" at McDonald's -- she said it basically cannot even actually be considered beef at this point (but Wendy's is)
Chipotle bowl is a great choice, too.

Chicken gyro x2, minus the rice or pita, extra salad w/ only white (tzatziki) sauze, no bbq or hotsauce.
