    One meal at a time is a good way to go.

    Eating lots but still hungry? Eat more fat. Mid-day sluggishness? Eat more fat. Feeling depressed or irritable? Eat more fat. People think you've developed an eating disorder? Eat more fat... in front of them.

    First meal down about an hour ago, and it still feels like i haven't eaten all day (you know, the whole headache + nausea thing). Is this normal?

    Look up low carb flu or induction flu. It will take a while to feel great for some people. Usually 2-3 weeks. I took no time. One person took 6 weeks. It varies.


    Consider it withdrawl symptoms.

    Last time that I was with my friends kids, I gave them some Avocado slices, which they had never had before, because my friend is terrified of fat, and the kids loved the Avocado, between the 3 of us we ate the whole thing, she couldn't believe her kids were eating a veggie like that.
