    Awesome Paleo Dinner

Pork Tenderloin wrapped in bacon, small serving of wild rice, organic grilled squash- that's whats for dinner!

Started Paleo Monday and I am keeping around 50 carbs so I can stay on it. I have lost 7 pounds since Monday eating really well. Do not feel bad at all. I have walked or play basketball every day this week so energy level is good.

I found a recipe on Allrecipes.com... Pork loin baked w/ sauerkraut, apple and onion, (sage and garlic rub, a teensy bit of grade B maple syrup) then I steamed brussel sprouts w/ caraway seeds, butter.
    Primal and TO DIE FOR!!

Tonight I had grass-fed liver and caramelized onions over cauliflower rice and a side of cooked carrots with a honey-butter glaze. Yum!
