Count me in! I was inspired by yesterday's guest blog post by Al Kavadlo and excited to learn about Australian pull-ups. I've been using exercise bands for assisted pull-ups but I've never felt like that was letting me engage the right muscles correctly. Discovering Australian pull-ups yesterday was a eureka moment! That's perfect for me!
At this point I can barely do one full Australian pull-up (chin to bar) so I've got a ways to go before I can do a full pull-up -- but I'm going to get there!
