Count me in as well, I can't do a pull up unassisted at all, which is rather sad, but hey I'll rectify that this year!

I do Crossfit and it's totally sucky that I am not anywhere near close to a pullup. Gonna try to "grease the groove" and see if that'll help get me there!

Did better yesterday. Subbed aussies for pull ups (SimpleFit level 1) and at the very end of my work out tried one from a dead hang and moved about an inch. Go me!
Wearing cycling gloves makes a world of difference on gripping the monkey bars. Damn my lil girlie hands!
I've been using the blue pullup band but I may have to switch to a stronger band, since I'm not making any progress with the blue band. I got the Pilates pullup bands in the mail, but they're so small, they made me giggle.

At today's session I was on the assisted machine. Did a few sets with assistance weight equal to how much weight I want to lose. Hopefully I can meet it somewhere in the middle this year and get that unassisted pull up.
I just found this challenge -- yay, exactly what I want to accomplish this year so count me in, too! So far, I am absolute sh*te on chin-ups, let alone pull-ups, and am really happy to find this thread and all the great info/advice already listed. With not a single pull-up to my name, I figure I've only got, uh, up to go :-)
