I weighed myself this morning (I write this on Friday morning 3.23) and have reached a new low of 163! I was afraid to jump on the scale, but know since I'm not working out alot, it will be an accurate indicator of fat loss. Also, I'll be heading out of town this weekend for a little get away and as always my goal is to maintain. So will weigh myself again Monday or Tuesday morning...
I also got some good exercise in. Since it was such a nice day, I went out for a run to get sun and mixed in some sprints. It was the first time I did sprints and I wanted to spike my heart rate.
