    Yep, I'm on a roll. The bodyfat is falling of everywhere I look. This exercise/eating pattern seems to be perfect. I haven't weighed myself yet this week. (still afraid to, but want to..)

    No workout today. I did walk for about 30 minutes.

    B - BP coffee

    L - Baby spinach salad with skin on chicken breast

    D - A couple bowels of mexican meatballs.

    2 glasses of red wine.

    I fel like I'm drinking a lot of wine right now. I know many people have a glass or two every night. My concern is that I "need" it. Maybe I'm using it as a crutch to not really deal with a sugar addiction or some sort of alcohol dependency. I don't generally drink large quantities and don't enjoy being drunk. I little buzz is nice though.

    I'll deal with that later. I don't want to fool around with a formula that seems to be working. Once I hit my goals or it stops working, then I will address it.

    I weighed myself this morning (I write this on Friday morning 3.23) and have reached a new low of 163! I was afraid to jump on the scale, but know since I'm not working out alot, it will be an accurate indicator of fat loss. Also, I'll be heading out of town this weekend for a little get away and as always my goal is to maintain. So will weigh myself again Monday or Tuesday morning...

    I also got some good exercise in. Since it was such a nice day, I went out for a run to get sun and mixed in some sprints. It was the first time I did sprints and I wanted to spike my heart rate.

    The weekend was a success! Well, with the execption of a couple beers and some chocolate...

    I hiked and ate primally (except as noted above). Eggs for breakfast and steak for dinner.

    I'll weigh myself tomorrow to see what the results really are. I'm stoked. My goal is to just maintain and limit the damage and I feel very good about it.

    I just weighed myself and am the same weight as before the weekend!

    I wanted to workout today, but had a home maintenance issue steal my time away. At least I was active while fixing it.

    D - Sausage with grilled onions and mixed peppers

    Few glasses of White Zinfadel.

    No offal today. Offal = Awful!

    Down a pound this week. I feel like I've hit a plateau on the scale, but I know the fat is decreasing by the fit of my clothes and looking in the mirror.

    That's cool, the mirror is more important to me than the scale

    For exercise this week, I took an 1 1/2 hour long walk and did P90X2 total body.

    Diet has been good. My breakfast is either BP coffee or eggs. Lunch is always a salad with some meat, mostly chicken. Dinner is always beef, pork or fish sometimes with a side of veggies.

    Oh, and a couple glasses of wine most nights.

    Still rocking on with diet and some exercise. I actually don't think I'm eating or exercising enough and weightloss has stalled. A typical day is either skip breakfast and eat an early lunch or have some eggs and then maybe skip lunch. Dinner is always on and would include plenty of meat with some veggies.

    Now I'll try to get back to the combo that seemed to work best for me. BP Coffee for breakfast, bigass salad with some leftover meat or chicken for lunch, then dinner featuring meat with veggies.

    And I need to exercise more. At least every other day either resistance or plyo/sprint.

    I have a trip to San Diego planned for spring break all next week and I'd like to hit 160lbs by then (4 days from now.) I'm 162.5 -163.5ish right now, so I think it may be too much to hope for. I'm big on symbology if I could hit 160 before I leave then come back at the same weight, that would be very inspiring for me.
