common low-carb flu symptoms?
I did a quick search and found a lot of mentions of "brain fog" but didn't find anything on this, really, so I was wondering if anyone else has these symptoms. I'm in day 2 of Whole30, and have a headache, plus a bit of nausea that started during a *very* light yoga session. This would be the time when, 10 years ago, I would have made a slice of toast and lay down for some quality tv time. I'd like to avoid drugs, but if this headache doesn't magically disappear, what do I do?
Are you properly hydrated? I'm getting into the low-carb habit again, and in the last couple of days I've repeatedly found that I needed to drink one or two glasses of water.
I'm having the same problem - also on second day. Low-grade headache started at around 3pm. I've been drinking a lot though as it is very hot here today.
