I am doing 16/8IF daily, and I often have brain fog in the afternoon, does it because I don't intake enough food?

    I usually have stir-fried red meat (150g )with veggie(like 250g broccoli) + fruits (100-200g) for lunch.

By the way, I prepare my lunch at home and take it to my office.

However, I will be hungry and have brain fog around 3 o'clock. What should I eat for lunch?

Try eating more food and see if it helps....how much fat are you eating with that meal? Also, only berries and apples digest well with protein, maybe it's the kind of fruit you're eating?

Are you stir frying with teryaki sauce or corn starch? I think you are getting too much sugar/starch to feel satiated with meat and veg. I IF daily from 6pm - noon. Normal lunch is a big salad plus 2 chicken breasts or 8 oz beef or 3-4 cans of sardines. No snacks, then dinner is 8oz+ meat, veggies, berries, dark chocolate and coconut oil. Generally around 2500 cals, but adjust for yourself.

Keep in mind 150g of meat is NOT 150g of protein! Most recommend you eat .5 - 1g of protein for each pound of bodyweight.

I usually eat some oranges after lunch.

    25g lard + 150g red meat + veggies.

Today I will add omelette into my lunch, see how I feel this afternoon.

    Thanks a lot.
    I am now 25 yo, 5'4, 118lb, so I need to eat 59-118g protein.
I calculate macronutrition daily, usually I eat 100g fat, 85g protein, 75-80g carbs, around 1500 kcal per day.

I don't like sauces and corn starch. I just add a little salt in dishes.

Less fruit, more fat. It'll be more calories, you'll be eating less sugar (albeit natural) and you will feel fuller.
