Hey all.
I started SS Saturday Night, and had the typical newbie problem lifting the bar for the press without losing form. I was able to find a 20lb bar (which was too easy), but the gym does not have any other bar of weight besides the standard. I suspect this may hinder my ability to do the bench press next time I go.
I also am still too heavy to pull myself up with pullups/chinups.
What would you suggest for exercises to strengthen my arms enough to begin working on the 45lb bar?
