Hi all.
I may be giving CrossFit a break for a while, and go back to doing this.
When I started this thread I did:
Bench press - 25 kg (40 kg)
Squat - 60 kg (72 kg)
Deadlift - 55 kg (100 kg)
3 months later my PR for one reps are in brackets (I guess ill be going down a bit though, since its more reps, am about to order the book too). Going to read back over this whole thread now too.

I was wondering the same thing. I'll be back tomorrow with stats.
I'm here, hitting PRs all week.
If you are new to the PB - please ignore ALL of this stuff, until you've read the book, or at least http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ and this (personal fave): http://www.archevore.com/get-started/
Make sure you post 'em!

I didn't like the rules you gave me, so I made some of my own.
