How is anybody doing?
I lost a little bit track of my walking. Did a 110 kms hike in northern Sweden in mid august and by finishing that hike I completed the 1000 kms. I have to sort out my other walking tracks to see how far I am now. Not sure what goal to set now, but I need something to continue!
August: 62mi or 100km
YTD: 497mi or 800km

Still walking and tracking each day, but have been too busy to spend time here at the forums.
Through the end of August, I am at 515.6mi = 829.8km
Hi guys : i took a lovely vacation and walked tons.
YTD 696.4 km
The bad news? I tore a tendon and I'm in a boot for a month. No walking for the next four weeks, minimum.
Keep at it!
Awesome stuff Turnstone. Bad luck Roary - wishing you a speedy recovery.
Have we lost Buzz? Sincerely hope not.

Anyone still walking?
Slacked in Sept due to a combination of vacation, several weddings, and a shiny new boyfriend taking up my free time. Made an effort to pick up the pace in October, but then lost a few days at the end due to Sandy. At this point, I need to walk about 50 miles each in November and December in order to reach my goal. Time to start walking!
September: 19mi or 30km
October: 43mi or 69km
YTD: 559mi or 899km

Congrats on your progress, Elizabeth (and the shiny new boyfriend).
Due to a combo of circumstances, injury and abominable winter weather, my Grand Walking Challenge sort of degenerated into a Moderate Exercise Bike Commitment. So I'm still getting in my slow movement pretty much most days, but not in a measurable walking-distance kind of way.
Not that I could ever hope to catch up to Turnstone anyway!
