    I use RunKeeper on my iPhone, so effectively GPS. It's great for exactly this sort of thing.

    NIce work everyone! I'm at 152.51km, but back on track after being away for work and kept in by bad weather! Starting to reel in the gap ... pro-rata target for today is 218.58km, but I'm confident of bringing it back in. By the way that means we are more than 20% of the way through 2012 already!

    Mar 15 - 1.5 miles
    Mar 16 - 3.1 miles
    Mar 17 - 2.5 miles
    Mar 18 - 1.0 miles


    YTD -- 176.7 miles (284.4K)

    It's a bit quiet here this week... I'm having a week off walking in the hope that my sore feet will recover, restarting yoga tomorrow and walking on Sunday. Can't wait!

    Ok, I'll do an update...weather's been great, the sun's been shining and the lunch time walks are really nice.

    Mar 19 - 4.3 miles
    Mar 20 - 3.6 miles
    Mar 21 - 4.3 miles

    YTD -- 188.9 miles (304.0K)

    I averaged something like 7-10 hours the last two weeks due to spending hours at malls and shopping centers.
