    Today was first walk to work day. Have been waiting to do this and the weather decided to cooperate. 5.2 km, each way. Really felt great. Was thinking if I did this just 100 times over the next 10 months, I will beat this challenge like a rented mule.

    No walking for me the last days. Terrible weather, and I almost constantly feel sick due to the antibiotics.

    But it's good to see that you all keep on walking!

    No walking for almost a week now and it is raining again. Rain is predicted for the rest of the week too so it's frustrating. I'll have to work really hard once the weather improves.

    I know I am late, but I think I am going to start tracking my walking as well.

    It is going to be a beautiful weekend in Naples this weekend, so I am going to take full advantage of it.

    It might be nice to have a Where I walk photo thread.

    By the way can I include my walking with the Alpine club or is it just everyday walking?

    I'd like to add myself to this challenge as well. I just joined the site today and added walking as additional slow movement yesterday.
    Feb 25 - 6.2 km
    Feb 26 - 11.7 km

    Weather in the STL area continues to be gorgeous for February. Friday was my birthday!

    Mid-week update...Monday and Wednesday were really nice out:

    Feb 23 - 2.0 miles
    Feb 24 - 1.5 miles
    Feb 25 - 1.5 miles
    Feb 26 - 3.7 miles

    YTD -- 127.3 miles (204.9K)
    Re-focusing on the Primal Lifestyle in 2012!

    Starting: 221.0lb, 29.5% BF (1/9/2012)
    Latest: 208.9, 26.1% BF (3/19/2012)
