I felt terrible during the last days due to a cold. Combined with nasty weather I have not much to add, just did a short walk yesterday and a short walk today. Now I am at a total of 121.1 km.
I am feeling better now, and I hope to get some more km next week!

Now including myself in the slow movement challenge, my new friend below gets a 1.5 mile walk every morning, now to mention the time spent walking/running/fooling around outside with him in the evening. Hugely rewarding way to get outdoors!
