    A lovely morning. We went walking with son, daughter-in-law and our 2 dogs. 8kms.

    Update in signature.
    Original Goal: To lose weight. Achieved in March 2010

    Sometimes finding an hour in the day seems impossible, but as far as I can tell, this seems like a great reason to try. Count me in!

    Lost the weight using CW. Now I just want to be healthier.

    Took a little tumble off the scooter today...Put down the cell phone & use your turn signals next time, a@@hole! Forgoing my walk today to rest up a sore knee. BTW, if you have a bump on your leg and it looks sore, don't poke it to see if it really is sore. Trust your eyes. It's frickin' sore. Sometimes my stupidity amazes even me.

    Has it really been this long??

    Feb 13 - 2.0 miles
    Feb 14 - 3.2 miles
    Feb 15 - 2.1 miles
    Feb 16 - 1.5 miles

    YTD -- 96.4 miles (155.1K)

    Been an up and down week and felt like garbage Thursday so didn't do much else all day except "Rest"
    Re-focusing on the Primal Lifestyle in 2012!

    Starting: 221.0lb, 29.5% BF (1/9/2012)
    Latest: 208.9, 26.1% BF (3/19/2012)

    Another 8km on 17th Feb. Probably won't get another meaningful walk in til Wednesday as 3yr grandson has been left with us til Tuesday evening.
