    Lost the weight using CW. Now I just want to be healthier.

    Hi Buzz,

    Just saw your awesome challenge! It made me wonder about our walk to school and I worked out (being conservative) that I am doing 1000kms! Makes me feel better about sitting on my butt these school hols!!

    Anyway, I won't join up as I have trouble keeping up with the forum stuff as it is and I'm on the pull up challenge (don't want to overload and quit).

    Just wanted to wish you all success - walking is the best.

    I'm at 43km. Hopefully I'll be able to walk more this week than last, but I'm not worried about being behind. Slow and steady wins the race.
    No disease that can be treated by diet should be treated with any other means.

    Fiji reporting for the week- an additional 21.9km for a total aggregate of 24.5km as of January 22. Have to pick up the pace a bit! Will report with this week's results next week.

    Jan 20 - 1.5 miles
    Jan 21 - 2.5 miles
    Jan 22 - 2.5 miles

    YTD - 43.8mile (70.5K)

    Raining a lot this past week...doesn't do much for trail conditions or motivation, but I got some more miles in.

    Jan 18 - 6.1 mi
    Jan 22 - 6.1 mi
    Jan 23 - 11.1 mi

    YTD - 110.62 mi (178 km)

    After a few lazy days (bad weather and bad headache) I am back to walking again! 4.7 km so far today, and this afternoon I will add another 3 km as I am going to have my hair cut.
