    6.6 this morning, that's a total of 34.2.
    Lost the weight using CW. Now I just want to be healthier.

    Well, I didn't come back for a bit as I thought someone said I couldn't be in it.

    I will add up my weeks swimming (it is slow, I do NOT get my heart rate anywhere up the high end). I am on about 8kms per week at the moment, I think

    Another 8km this morning (55km to date).

    It rained here yesterday and it was really nice walking through the bush. Everything was so fresh and clean looking, much better than walking round the road. Our dog liked it too, with some interesting smells to investigate.
    Original Goal: To lose weight. Achieved in March 2010

    It seems that everyone is doing good work! And I am curious what dado comes up with after his loooong walk he has planned this weekend!
    Yesterday was my big walking day for the week. The weather was fine, and my DH has to stay in hospital for a few days after a surgery. So I decided to walk to the hospital instead of using the car.
    Allthough it was all way through the city I enjoyed it, and I walked a total of about 11 km.
    Today it is raining. Back to the car! But maybe I walk to the supermarket later.
    For now, that's 68.5 km! Before you update, you might check my signature if I added something.

    3kms this morning, yesterday I worked out that my 3km walk is actually 3.099, but 3 is so much easier to add.

    So that's 37.2 as of 22 Jan.
