Take your cheapest form of unsweetened coconut and grind it into a powder.
Add in about half as much coconut oil, enough to stick all the powdered coconut together.
Sprinkle liberally with nutmeg. (or cinnamon, or allspice, or any spice suited to sweet dishes)
If you already have coconut powder on hand, this is a really fast and yummy way to get a boost of fat. The spice enhances the sweetness of the coconut too.
