Since our local Barnes & Noble didn't have Mark's Primal Blueprint in stock just before Christmas, my DH had to order it. It arrived yesterday and I was totally thrilled that it was "Updated and Expanded" with an intro from Mark dated Dec 2011! I didn't even know that was happening.
I'd been operating adequately for six months on the free info available from MDA (with it's great links to other resources) and common sense, but really wanted the "sourcebook" for Christmas. I'm glad now that budgetary constraints prevented us from buying it several months ago!
Started 7/5/11 at 274 lbs
Now 214 -- that's 60 lbs!
Goal 160 lbs -- last time there was in junior high!
