whey protein powder isolate dangers?
i am considering supplementing my morning meal with a protein powder shake 2 days a week for variety or when i feel i need it. primal fuel isolate specs out good, however joe mercola is strongly recommending that whey protein isolate should be avoided because of it's negative long term effects (?) he recommends using whey concentrate as the proteins are not separated and thus absorbed better. (i think i got that right.) keeping in mind that he just happens to sell only a whey concentrate protein powder.
i have read mark's in depth whey protein article but don't see this potential issue covered. any thoughts?
Protein powder is highly processed denatured protein. Stay away from it!
