Milk: not so much, though we're big fans of coconut milk. Almond milk is sort of okay but as I understand there are some significant drawbacks. Overall, almond milk lacks benefits and is too low on fat and often too high in sugar.
As far as cheese or other dairy, Mark has said he's overall undecided but suggests you see what works best for you. Taking it in moderation or limited quantities is best if you can handle it.
