I've been toying with the idea of going Primal/Paleo for a while and I've decided with 2012 round the corner I may as well stop fannying about and go for it!
I'm pretty lost however on where to start. How many meals/snacks a days and quantities of food in each meal/snack. Could someone help please
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
1. Take "before" pictures. Lots of them.
2. Eliminate sugar and grains from your diet immediately.

4. Adopt other aspects of the PB as you learn/are ready for.
5. Take pictures during your transition.
6. Start saving money to buy new, smaller, clothing.
7. Take more pictures.
8. Enjoy your new life.
