Thumbs up Choosing Primal in New Zealand

    Shop Now
    Hi Fellow Groks and Grokettes,

I'm Warren, and i've chosen to go primal down here in New Zealand.
Been following the protocol for about a year, with the last 6 months being more in earnest.

It's made a significant impact on overall general health, body composition and mental state...loving it!

MDA was one of the early inspirations for choosing to go Primal and i've been enjoying spreading the word to people that have noticed the positive changes in me.

I'm looking to connect with like-minded Kiwis and the wider primal community.

    Grok on!

There is a forum in NZ - mainly low carb but they have a few people doing primal.

    There's also low carb NZ

While these are low carb links a lot of it is applicable to primal too.

Hi. I'm not a Kiwi but my husband is and so I will be spending a lot of time down in the anti-podes. We spend most of our time in Auckland and Northland, but plan to get some land on the Barrier.

    Cheers.

I'm not a kiwi but I've been living in Auckland for nearly 10 years now, so almost
There are a few more members from NZ around the forum, I'm sure they'll chime in sooner or later.
From memory, Zoebird is in Wellington.

I grew up in the Bay of Plenty (Papamoa) and I miss it badly

    I think it is LOL
But now we are only eating grass fed/hormone free/organic, its much better than it was.
But in saying that, nothing beats NZ lamb
