Newbie from KY here. Finished cleaning out the cabinets of all the junk not but a hour ago. 1st full Primal Lifestyle day is tomorrow.
I am excited to stop the whole "Gain 5-10 lbs per year" thing that has been happening post-college.

Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
