    Two and a half hours digging out the neighbor and her car. At least it warmed up enough for me to go shirtless and get some Vitamin D

    40min more of snow shovel gymnastics today


    oh i WILL be doing yoga this evening i am so freaking sore! i feel like i was doing squats and thrusters all day lol

    Spent about 6.5 hours riding through beautiful, fluffy powder today. Faceshots ftw. I know many would say that snowboarding doesn't count as a workout but my quads sure think it does

    Snow might be a curse to a lot of you, but for those who live in the mountains, it's a blessing

    2.5 mile walk with my son today. It stopped raining, was cool and sunny...simply beautiful.
