Only ever with really fresh good quality meat but I often have raw steak or bleu if I'm eating out. If you can get raw liver it's a fantastic energy food, though it takes a little bit of guts to eat it first time. For liver I'll usually freeze it for at least a couple of weeks to kill of parasites.

I am working my way into rare steaks. I've always cooked them medium well. I may eventually give raw steak a try, but after reading Mark's article on cooking food it seems that we've adapted to eating cooked meat fairly well, and I do love a nicely crusted steak.

It's a strange thing with steak, my sister and I both gravitated towards very rare steak without knowing of the others tastes, even to the point of wondering what beef would taste like straight from the cow. Personally I think a well done steak is done the worst possible way!
