    Misa: haha ya...now that you mention it I have been more thirsty...I have been wondering if that is too much protein though...I just don't want my carb count high and I just seem to eat meat a lot I guess but I am hoping it won't stall weightloss...any thoughts?

    So close...I broke down and grabbed some chocolate and peanut butter. I feel so sick right now too ughhh...oh well, hopefully next time I reach for it I remember this stomach ache.

    Although I think I may have to kick the habit as right now even a little gives me sugar shock...blecccccch.

    I completely fell off the wagon last night. so 3.5 days of epicness, followed by 1.5 days of just completely tragic SAD eating. Chocolate was a big part of that. So was flour, sugar, dairy, and everything else that makes me feel lethargic and horrible.

    Stuff happens, don't fret, the stress will only make things worse. Plus, what's life if you aren't gonna cut loose from time to time.
