I am IN. I have been doing fairly well except for weekends, where I tend to get off track.
I am going to try to extend this Survival Week across the weekend as well.
My goals are:
-IF 1 meal a day
-IF 24hrs 1 time
-Carbs Below 50
-No new groceries
I have on hand, roasted chicken, bacon, 6 eggs, 2 portions of frozen chili, and some various cuts of frozen meat. I should be able to eek out 7 days of 'survival'
I'm also pretty low on cash at the moment, so this is good timing. haha!
