1)Check and working on it
2) 3 hours for the SoCal Mudder (thinking about Seattle in September)
3) Mostly succeeding here, got some new tendonitis in my formerly healthy knee and sprained my ankle again (ankle is mostly good now)
I've gotten up to 30 seconds for a true L-sit, which is freakin' awesome. Still gonna work towards 60 seconds.
The pullups are gonna take awhile longer, this should be listed as a long term goal.
Another goal I hadn't listed but completed last week was a Handstand Pushup.
New Goals :
1) Freestanding Hand Stand (Wall ones are easy but I'm having trouble making the transition)
2) 5k time sub 20min
3) Dragon Flag
4) Back Lever progressions
