I'm happy with my cardio fitness, and strength in my legs, but I seriously need to build more core strength in my upper body. My biceps are strong, and abs OK, but the rest of it not.
My goal is to be able to do a 2-arm press-up (English name for push-ups)... At the moment I can only do about 10 of the girlie variety with my knees on the floor as the back pivot. At least that's more than I could do 3 months ago, so I know I'm making progress.
F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.
