Is that a typo? That's on track for a mile in 2:40, or 400m every 40 seconds. The current world record for a mile (1600m) is 3:43, and the current record for a 1000m is 2:11. Three-fourths of a mile is 1200m. Half a mile (800m) in 2 minutes would be pretty fast for an amateur. The U.S. high school record for an 800m is 1:46 or so, and the world record at 1:41.

If that isn't a typo, you probably want to revisit that goal, or already be one of the top runners in the world. I'm just sayin'...

I like the rest of your goals, though.

Get under 100kg for the first time in adult life and for a long time (only 4kgs to go so that's not too hard - hopefully haha).

Do a chin up and/or pull up. Currently getting closer and closer - not moving much off the ground but can do more assisted ones with less weight and longer negatives, holds etc.

I'm thinking of changing my weights program in general to be more about the big moves - squat, dead, bench, pull up etc. Really want to be able to be in control of my bodyweight

Currently at 6'2", 259, down from 300+. "Body" Goal is something around 195-205, with something around 10% BF. "Fitness" goal is to complete a Tough Mudder in June, without skipping any obstacles.

I am currently at 97.6kg (213.8lbs) and 6'2 with 23.8% BF. I am a rugby union referee and would like to be able to take my hobby all the way and referee at the highest level, to do that I need to be get a lot fitter and healthier than I am now.

I want to be able to be at, and do, the following:
    82kg (180lbs)
    Sub 10% BF
    100% primal
Bench press my bodyweight for 10 reps
Back squat my bodyweight for 12 reps
Complete "Fran" in under 7 minutes
    > level 13 on the beep test
2.4km time trial in under 9 minutes

I also have my wedding in late October so ideally I would like to be at those numbers by then. I will be taking 4 weekly fitness tests as well as pictures to show my progress.

It was suppose to be .5 miles in 2 minutes. It is a steep goal as I mentioned, but right now I have a 7 minute mile and that is with no sprinting. I figured I would aim high.

Way to go drift. Remember use the wedding as a catalyst, not as a cut off point. I know from experience that it is easy to place an event as a goal deadline, and then when you have reached it... cut lose.
