Bread substitute needed page

...for dislodging fishbone in my throat! Ack!

Celery +/- creme fraiche didn't work, nor did swig of milk, water, or even apple juice (don't know why I thought juice might!)


I have nothing of a doughy texture in the house and it's now 10 past midnight so no shops...

I've also seen mixing an egg w/ ground flaked coconut and putting it in the bottom of a mug and cooking it in the microwave for a fast bread.

My stepmom had one stuck in her throat once and had to go to the hospital to get it removed... crazy.
