Hey everyone So its been awhile since Ive been on. Was just busy with a job, school and enjoying summer. As far as my primal journey has been going well.....
I am always active with hockey,gym,mountain biking, river, vibrams. Always doing something everyday. My eating however has been a little rough.
I was recently struggling with late night eating as well as OVEREATING! I would do this 3-4 days a week sometimes. I would feel terrible and had so many reactions to this terrible food i was putting into my body. Carb allergies, laziness, oversleeping, rapid weight gain. Just so many things that would tear me apart mentally and physically. I know what I was doing to myself and sometime I couldn't control it.
WELL THIS STOPS NOW.
I restarted about 2 weeks and go but had some slips along the way. So the new me started again today. Woke up had protein shake for breakfast as well as a table spoon of coconut oil. Then hit the gym for 2 hours. Came home and made breakfast for lunch and that was amazing. I'm ready to get back on track like I know I can do, and live the life I was born to enjoy!
Well here is where I am at today. Weighed in at 205 but that was after workout and already drank over a gallon of water. Ive been going to the gym alot and put on some muscle ive noticed in 2 weeks since trying to get back on the primal train.aug1-2.JPGaug1-3.JPGaug1-6.JPGfood aug 1st.jpg

not totally sure if i need to switch anything up...I do seem to still be losing weigh..but i cant tell if weight loss has slowed down or not..anything to do to speed it up?

Keep with the updates. I'm about to flip the switch full-on. Cleaned out the pantry and fridge, headed to the market in the morning to start my journey. Going to shop once a week, chop veggies twice a week and keep them in airtight containers to keep them fresh.
