...so I had to bring something to a party tonight, needed to show the ladies that I actually DO eat vegetables (I have always brought some kind of a meat curry before). This one turned out rather well...
I used the '3 Greek Gods' Full-Fat Yogurt, no sour cream, and doubled the spices. Served it with baby carrots, red bell pepper, raw mushrooms, sliced summer squash/zucchini and broccoli florettes. Oh, yeah... and Pita Bread for the ladies ;-)
