    Tuna with avocado is amazing

    Primal Fuel
Can of tuna or equivalent volume.
    1 avocado
    1/4 tsp salt
    sloshings of lemon juice

mash and stir with fork until there aren't any huge chunks

I've been having trouble making a decent non-soy mayo and not using my tuna because tuna without mayo was icky, but avocado makes it all better. I don't even need to add celery! It probably would still be good with celery, of course.

and I just realized this should've been in recipes.

Okay, to make it more fitting for this forum, how bad is soy based mayo afterall? And how bad is it if it makes your 80 more like 70?

I eat this meal all the time - except I usually add in olive oil and cumin and well. It is my version of primal fast food

The Primal Junk Foodie: Homemade Chipotle Mayo

I recommend regular olive oil or avocado oil for it

Yum, thanks for the idea! I just made avo-tuna-mash, and it's delicious!
