I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes. I needed a good laugh. But John Durant did a good job and he rolled with the punches.

He got a long time for a Colbert Report interview. The jokes were also kept to a minimum until the end (with the exception of the expected comment by Stephen that humanity is 6000 years old), and John had a good chance to lay out the basics and the reasoning behind the whole idea of a paleo diet.
