I'd add that nightmares are only nightmares if you leave room for fear in your mind. I've had some great nightmares in the past few years, but just kept on dreaming because they failed to elicit a reaction. Unless you let it scare you, it's just a dream. Living without fear means just that, nothing much scares you.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
