This is a perfect way to use up the half-empty bag of frozen shrimp that I always seem to have in the freezer. I toss the shrimp with some olive oil and broccoli and roast in the oven until the broccoli is golden brown and crisp. Toss with some coriander, cumin, cayenne and lemon, and you've got a perfect, delicious and easy paleo dinner. The roasted broccoli is addictive and great on its own as well.
