    Shrimp, how much is okay?

I live in Saudi Arabia and fresh sea shrimp from the Red Sea is available as of late. I'm wondering how much shrimp is okay to consume on a primal diet? I bought half of a kilo the other day (1.2 lbs) and ate the whole thing in one sitting. They tasted great fried in ghee and a garlic.

Given the above example, if I were to do this twice or three times per week, is that okay?

If its truly fresh shrimp, I don't see any problems consuming it. Farmed shrimp seems to have some issues though.

I love shrimp and can eat 2lbs in one sitting and have done that a few times. I'm still alive.

I get wild caught shrimp and have no qualms over knocking out a pound at a time (although it is pricey, so I usually only have a pound/week)
