    Book to dispel myths

    Primal Fuel
What are a few good books that I can read to speak intelligently when people ask questions about this "crazy" new "diet" I am on?

Wheat Belly is in the mail. Any others?

I really like Primal Body, Primal Mind by Nora Gedgaudas. That's what I gave my mom, but I honestly don't think she has read it yet, so...

I think it depends on the person. That's going to make a big difference in what they'll find convincing.

I guess I am just sort of tired of trying to explain my position, not that I have too, I just try to inform people. Seems like to me however, they do not want to be informed, or they believe they are, and you know what, they may, just not in anything that has to do with Primal. Just looking for something to help "sway" a few skeptics

If it's that important to them, tell them to spend 3 hours of their lives to watch Fat Head and Sugar: The Bitter Truth.

You can also flip it around on them and ask if they believe in evolution. If so, then an evolutionary based diet should naturally follow.

Just repeat my signature to them....
Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.
