Roasted Butternut Squash-Coconut Soup | My Colombian Recipes
I can't stop making this stuff. I only use 1 T of honey, and am lazy and just use pre cubed butternut squash. Toss it in the broth and boil until tender, works good enough. Two 20oz containers work well enough with 1qt broth. I've also used coconut oil for the onions/garlic.
