I have a few questions, open to anyone.
1. I'm 17 years old, almost 18 and I've been primal for over a year now. I've tried intermittent fasting and I like it but I'm wondering if it is really healthy for me to be doing it at my age?
2. Question on Carb Refeeding: For those who have done it and/or continue to do it, when you refeed do you do it all day long or do you just do one large carb filled meal after a hard workout, then just eat normal for the rest of the day? Thoughts on which way works better?
Thanks in advance!
1. Adolescents didn't live in an environment where they were protected from times of food shortage. The evolutionary facts that inform the PB don't magically kick in once you hit 18. So it's not unhealthy. But it's not necessary, either. If you enjoy it, do it, but always listen to your body and never push yourself to a certain time limit if you don't feel like it.
You lousy kids! Get off my savannah!
