Any feedback? I kind of like the guy, but I'm not sure the e-book is worth the $$$.

Judging by the online reviews, sounds like he's saying the same as most up-to-date gurus.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

OK, thanks. I was wondering if he had anything particularly new and interesting to add, or is just kind of "pulling it all together" into one volume.

I ordered it and it's not worth the money at all.
There is nothing he says that I didn't already know. The book is also too dang short I read the whole thing within minutes...under an hour.
