As an organic livestock producer I am always looking for ways to talk to people about how bad GMO crops are for your health. An interview I recently came across featuring Dr. Ron Huber discussing the cation chelating (not bioavailable) properties of GMO crops. There is some evidence that Round-Up accumulates in the fat of herbivores. A little steak with your herbicides? The chelating properties do not only kill weeds, but beneficial bacteria as well. Another reason to take your vitamin/mineral supplement!
