I am finally doing better keeping Primal. Day Five. (I have been only moderately compliant for the last 6 months because of binge eating).
I am making sure to fast at night, which is feeling really good. I am eating High Fat, Medium to High Protein, and low carb.
No grain, no sugar, very occasional beans.
I am already losing weight.
Every day I ask myself what I believe and if bingeing comes to mind, I work on that with writing and other methods.
